Heriberto Delgado Gutiérrez

Was born in 1986 in the city of Hermosillo Sonora (Mexico). He began his musical studies in 1996 with the folk dance and mariachi group “Achai” in the city of Obregon. With this group he already participated at a very young age in several tours in countries such as Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei and Malaysia.

From 2000 to 2002 he followed chamber music classes of Ramon Mendoza and Jorge Becerra in Guadalajara Jalisco.

In 2004 he began his violin studies at the University of Guadalajara, under the guidance of Sava Latzanich, Konstantin Siunvilov, Cuahutemoc Rivera and Iuri Kasian. In the same year he won a first prize at the “Higinio Rubalcaba”.

In 2006 he secured himself a place as violinist in the Philharmonic Orchestra of Guadalajara, with which he performed in two concerts as soloist.

After he completed his studies at the University of Guadalajara in 2008 he decided to move to Italy.

In January 2009 he started bachelor programme at the Academia Internazionale della Musica di Milano, where he specialized in baroque violin with Stefano Montanari, and participated in chamber music courses, orchestral projects and masterclasses with teachers such as M. Gatti, L . Ghielmi, R. Spotti, S. Kuijken, A. Bernardini and E. Citterio.

He Collaborates regularly with orchestras such as Accademia Bizantina, La Verdi Barocca, Nuova et Vera and the Orchestra da camera di Faenza.
